ForPaws Helps Corgis and Corgi Mixes

Dedicated to Bart, who had the Most Beautiful Tail

"It's very simple. Dogs and cats and other talented animals have tails; their tails, with their thousands of flourishes, provide them with a wonderfully complex language of arabesques, not only for what they think and feel and suffer, but for every mood and vibration in their feeling tone. We have no tails, and since the more lively among us need some form of expression, we make ourselves paintbrushes and pianos and violins..."

I like the second photo. Looks like somebody just told him a really funny joke.

:-)

I love seeing the babies with their ears off. Greta's princess crown will come off tomorrow...can't wait to see the results.

Hug that squooshy pink boy for me.

And I love it when it's that easy.

They could fall down again, but it looks like he's going to have good ears.

Wow, you don't ADORE him or anything.

Is he "pink merle" or just pink? He seems to have some darker pink patches on lighter pink background, and a lovely brown nose.

I think he's just a "pink" boy, no merle. But it really is kind of early to tell what will happen as he matures.

We are noticing that his cream colored areas are already noticeably darker than when he first arrived. The patches behind each ear are substantially darker than his body. His white collar is becoming more apparent. Time will tell, but I think he's going to be a very handsome, and unusual, boy!
