N/N is most important when it's a dog that will be used for breeding -- but this test is new, so we must be grateful for our companions that we know will not develop DM symptoms. I'm glad for you and for Sage!
Well, we have a suspect where we think it comes from but will test both Wally and Hannah, and either Alice and/or Phoebe...or both, depending on results. I won't test Iris yet (when she's old enough to breed) unless both parents are carriers.
